The feeder for short makeready times.

The space-saving compact feeder has been designed to enable frequent and rapid format changes. It enables printers to process the widest range of printing stock, from lightweight paper to card. The feed table supports rapid format changeovers and ensures that sheets lie perfectly flat – whether postcards or A3+ [11x17"] size.

The key performance characteristics of the BaumPrint 18 feeder include outstanding sheet separation, precise sheet alignment and less waste.

The AutoPlate plate changer enables you to achieve fast, register-accurate plate changings at the touch of a button, thereby effectively cutting makeready times.

The large inking unit delivers consistent, high-quality inking results, even for solids. The laser-slit knife-type ink fountain is ideal for rapid and precise setting of the required ink profile – a huge advantage, in particular for shorter runs.

The alcohol-free direct continuous dampening system produces a rapid and stable ink/water balance. Your print items dry faster because of the small amount of dampening solution applied. You can reduce startup waste by adjusting circumferential and lateral registers on the fly, which raises productivity.

Guided to perfection – sheet travel.

Perfect sheet guidance is essential for high print quality and mark-free sheets. Bearer-to-bearer pressure in the BaumPrint 18 delivers precise dot transfer and consistent print results. Helical gearing ensures the press runs smoothly even at high production speeds. The solid construction of the press ensures a long lifespan and high availability.

The delivery that produces a neatly stacked pile.

The compact delivery can be adjusted for all kinds of formats and materials quickly and without tools. Central setting of the lateral sheet guides in the feeder and delivery, the finely tuned interplay between sheet stop and sheet jogger, and the delivery fans all combine to ensure precise stacking.

The optional line powder spray device is the ideal add-on for reliable production. You can fine-tune it to the form being printed.
